Okay, I know I haven't been around much, but dialup is painful~

I've been going through some tutorials in StudioMax on and off throughout the summer. Recently working on a model of a P38_lightning plane from WWII. It's not finished, there are other parts such as propellers, machine guns, etc. Yes, may sound boring to others....but I'm having fun. I've captured a few screenshots. Other things I've been doing this summer, swimming and light aerobics. Also been catching up with movies such as, Underworld Revolution, the Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and AeonFlux.

I wasn't too thrilled by Corpse Bride, as with Nightmare Before Christmas. I dunno, I guess the storyline didn't work for me...but Tim Burton is great as ever with his characters. Underworld Rev ...a big Yes! I noticed the female narration that launches in AeonFlux, along with some of the tricky moves she performs is rather comparable to Underworld's. Though the music in Underworld is killer and draws me into it immediately. However, I would rather Kate Beckinsale had played the part of AeonFlux. As for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, well I ended up being able to tolerate it...with Johnny Depp instead of Gene Wilder.....ickkk! Plus the Oommpa Loompas were a bit better the 2nd time around.

The first time I saw v.1 movie, I was disgusted and terrified of the blueberry gum incident and those ugly Oommpas. I was just too young, however I can appreciate the story and it's creativity today. Last, I found with the change of my email service provider, I've been locked out of thee Myspace account. Just a tad irritated by it, and have tried on several accounts to get it changed/update. I didn't really want to open up a new account if it could be helped. Well that's all for now....sleep is calling~

oh yeah, last thoughts ....when is morbid too much? This summer, my sibling finally buried our family cat, she died back in January '06. Okay, for me this went too far, though I know he didn't want to part with her...
